Keynote speakers
We are happy to announce that the following speakers will join us for our talk on life in Psycholinguistics after the PhD!
Dr. Anita Tobar-Henríquez
Dr. Anita Tobar-Henríquez (she/her) is currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Edinburgh, where she is working in a ESRC-funded project.
Prior to this, Dr. Tobar-Henríquez completed her PhD in Psycholinguistics at the University of Edinburgh, supervised by Prof. Holly Branigan and Dr. Hugh Rabagliati, a MSc in Psychology of Language (University of Edinburgh), a MSc in Cognitive Science and a BSc in Linguistics and Literature (Universidad de Chile).
Dr. Charlotte Wilks
Dr. Charlotte Wilks (she/her) is currently a Postdoc at the University of Nottingham. She has also worked as a Postdoc at the University of Edinburgh and at Abertay University. Dr. Wilks’s background is quite varied, spanning a PhD in Psychology (University of Stirling), a PGCE Primary with Mathematics (University of Leicester), a MSc in Neuroscience (University College London) and a BSc in Bioveterinary Science (University of Liverpool). In addition to her research positions, she has worked as a primary school teacher and in various administration roles.
Dr. Ludivine Crible
Dr. Ludivine Crible (she/her) is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Linguistics of Ghent University, where she teaches French Linguistics, Business Communication in French and French for specific purposes.
Before working at UGhent, Dr. Crible held a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Edinburgh, was a Postdoctoral fellow and Postdoctoral research assistant at the Université Catholique de Louvain, and worked as a Research Assistant at the University of West England and as graduate assistant at the University of Texas at Brownsville. She completed her PhD at the Université Catholique de Louvain, after doing a MA in Linguistics (Université Catholique de Louvain), and a BA in French Language and Literature (Paris IV - La Sorbonne).
